Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it; unworn and unused
  • With all original tags attached;
  • In its original packaging;
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Special offers, promotional items, and discounted items are not refundable. These are eligible for size exchange only.

Before you ship, please:

 

  1. Include your order number (#_____) on the shipping label.
  2. Use a signature delivery service. This guarantees your package is properly received. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
  3. Send your tracking number to info@virtuosboxing.com once the package is on its way.

Return Shipping Costs

We do not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us.

For refunds: Return shipping is paid by the customer in all cases, domestic and international.

For exchanges:

 

  • Within the USA: We cover the cost of shipping your replacement item back to you.
  • Europe & Americas: A flat rate of $65 USD applies.
  • Rest of world: A flat rate of $95 USD applies.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

If approved, we'll either ship your replacement item or issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received it, contact us at
