International Orders: Taxes & Import Duties

Please read this before placing an international order.

Every country sets its own import regulations, and we are unable to cover local taxes or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by your local customs authority, not by us.

This also applies to exchanges. If you exchange an item, local taxes and duties may be charged again on the replacement shipment, and we cannot guarantee these can be avoided.

We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering so there are no surprises on delivery.
